When Reed was smaller (about 2) he had no fear of the pool. He would stand on the side and jump right in. As he got a little older, he started to get a little more skiddish. He didn't like to go under the water or even put his face in the water! When Brian's parents built their new house and pool, he would just get in, sit on the top step, and not an inch further! Yesterday, we went to swim at Gammy's and Brian was in the pool with him for the first time. His Daddy worked magic!! He started by just getting him to put his face in the water and before we knew it, the kid was swimming short distances! It was amazing - I do believe I'm going to have a little fish this summer!
